According to paragraph 5 of article 217 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on culture tickets can be returned at the initiative of an individual or organization for 1 calendar day prior to the day of the event. In this case, the citizen or organization that return ticket, shall be compensated not less than 75 % of the cost of the entrance ticket, the service fee will not be refunded, because the service ticket provided.
 

• at the initiative of a citizen or organization – not less than one calendar day prior to the event. In this case, the citizen or organization that return ticket, shall be compensated not less than 75 percent of the cost of the admission ticket;
• in case of cancellation, the pre-announced time (timing) or venue, replacing it with another – on the day cancelled (planned) events and any other terms established by the organizer of the event. In this case, the citizen or organization that return ticket, refunded the full price of admission.

Entrance fees are returned at the location of the organizer of the event, and in the case of cancellation, the pre-announced time (timing) or venue, replacing it with another – the place is cancelled (planned) activities and in other places, established by the organizer of the event.

In case of change of pre-announced time (timing) or venue, replacing it with another, the citizen has the right to attend the event on the basis of the existing ticket.

Please note that tickets to the Waterpark "Lebyazhy" is not refundable, and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
